Refund policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days after the delivery date. Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours after return is received back in warehouse, but may take several business days to appear on your online statement depending on your card issuer's internal processes.

All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

Shipping fees are not refunded. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your item or report any defects.

Returns should include a copy of your receipt or simply a print out of the screenshot of your order to ensure prompt processing of your refund.

Carstens Inc. does not cover the price of return shipping, however we are happy to provide you with a return shipping label upon request.  If using our pre-paid return shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund. 

For orders that a customer orders but then refuses delivery for whatever reason without first reaching out to us will be refunded the amount of the merchandise returned minus the original shipping costs incurred by Carstens Inc.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We guarantee our products.  Please reach out immediately if there is an issue with a product you receive.

Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
